Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, H2AJ protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 91 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible H2AJ-associated genes across cancer lineages are WASF1, IVNS1ABP, and MOB3B. Each is linked with H2AJ in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both H2AJ-to-partner and partner-to-H2AJ results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, H2AJ versus WASF1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.58.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (H2AJ→partner) and Y-score (partner→H2AJ) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
