H2AC12

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, H2AC12 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 114 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible H2AC12-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR4694, S100A11P8, and RNU6-103P. Each is linked with H2AC12 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both H2AC12-to-partner and partner-to-H2AC12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR4694 grouped by H2AC12-low versus H2AC12-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (H2AC12→partner) and Y-score (partner→H2AC12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
