Q-omics provides the consensus-scored MIR4694 profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. MIR4694 expression is associated with patient survival in 10 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in THCA. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, MIR4694 is differentially expressed in 1, with the highest sampling consensus in LUAD. Additionally, MIR4694 RNA expression shows 8,478 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in COAD. Together, these results highlight THCA, LUAD, and COAD as cancer lineages where MIR4694 shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.

Lineage consensus measures how broadly the result is shared across cancer types, distinguishing pan-cancer signals from lineage-specific patterns.
