GTF3A

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GTF3A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,864 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GTF3A-associated genes across cancer lineages are POLR1D, ZDHHC20, and IL1RL1. Each is linked with GTF3A in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GTF3A-to-partner and partner-to-GTF3A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GTF3A versus POLR1D in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GTF3A→partner) and Y-score (partner→GTF3A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
