Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, GTF2H5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 24 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GTF2H5-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR206, AQP7P2, and RNU6-222P. Each is linked with GTF2H5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GTF2H5-to-partner and partner-to-GTF2H5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR206 grouped by GTF2H5-low versus GTF2H5-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GTF2H5→partner) and Y-score (partner→GTF2H5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
