Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, GTF2B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,149 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GTF2B-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SKP204, CYCSP49, and HSPD1P18. Each is linked with GTF2B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GTF2B-to-partner and partner-to-GTF2B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SKP204 grouped by GTF2B-low versus GTF2B-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GTF2B→partner) and Y-score (partner→GTF2B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
