GSTA3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GSTA3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 88 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GSTA3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-1169P, RNA5SP461, and RNA5SP420. Each is linked with GSTA3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GSTA3-to-partner and partner-to-GSTA3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-1169P grouped by GSTA3-low versus GSTA3-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GSTA3→partner) and Y-score (partner→GSTA3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
