Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, GSTA1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 809 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GSTA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SKP181, VPS26B, and PC. Each is linked with GSTA1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GSTA1-to-partner and partner-to-GSTA1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SKP181 grouped by GSTA1-low versus GSTA1-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GSTA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GSTA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
