GSN-AS1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GSN-AS1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GSN-AS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR11H12, MIR412, and RNU6-895P. Each is linked with GSN-AS1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GSN-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-GSN-AS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR11H12 grouped by GSN-AS1-low versus GSN-AS1-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GSN-AS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GSN-AS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
