Q-omics provides the consensus-scored RNU6-895P profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. RNU6-895P expression is associated with patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in BLCA. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, RNU6-895P is differentially expressed in 3, with the highest sampling consensus in BRCA. Additionally, RNU6-895P RNA expression shows 9,615 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in COAD. Together, these results highlight BLCA, BRCA, and COAD as cancer lineages where RNU6-895P shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
