Across TCGA patient cohorts, GRK3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,139 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GRK3-associated genes across cancer lineages are ACTRT2, LINC00326, and KCND3-AS1. Each is linked with GRK3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GRK3-to-partner and partner-to-GRK3 results are reported.
