Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, GRK3 RNA is linked to patient survival in 20 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated GRK3 data layer compared with 5 for mutation status and 2 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in brain lower grade glioma (LGG), where higher GRK3 RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated GRK3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LGG and HNSC show a favorable association.

LGG, UVM, and HNSC are the cancer types where GRK3 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
