GRIP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GRIP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,669 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GRIP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are NOA1, DFFA, and RCHY1. Each is linked with GRIP1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GRIP1-to-partner and partner-to-GRIP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NOA1 grouped by GRIP1-low versus GRIP1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GRIP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GRIP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
