GPR83

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GPR83 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,191 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GPR83-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RRBP1, AP4E1, and UPP1. Each is linked with GPR83 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPR83-to-partner and partner-to-GPR83 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GPR83 versus RRBP1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GPR83→partner) and Y-score (partner→GPR83) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
