GPR68

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GPR68 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 2,425 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GPR68-associated genes across cancer lineages are RGS3, HSF1, and WDR91. Each is linked with GPR68 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPR68-to-partner and partner-to-GPR68 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RGS3 grouped by GPR68-low versus GPR68-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GPR68→partner) and Y-score (partner→GPR68) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
