Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, GPR35 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,886 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GPR35-associated genes across cancer lineages are TCERG1P1, MIR4667, and RNA5SP411. Each is linked with GPR35 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPR35-to-partner and partner-to-GPR35 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TCERG1P1 grouped by GPR35-low versus GPR35-high in BRCA.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GPR35→partner) and Y-score (partner→GPR35) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
