Q-omics provides the consensus-scored MIR4667 profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. MIR4667 expression is associated with patient survival in 10 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in ACC. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, MIR4667 is differentially expressed in 2, with the highest sampling consensus in UCEC. Additionally, MIR4667 RNA expression shows 4,197 significant pathway-activity associations, with the highest sampling consensus in STAD. Together, these results highlight ACC, UCEC, and STAD as cancer lineages where MIR4667 shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.

Lineage consensus measures how broadly the result is shared across cancer types, distinguishing pan-cancer signals from lineage-specific patterns.
