GPR17

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GPR17 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,390 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GPR17-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FERMT2, PALM, and SEPTIN7. Each is linked with GPR17 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPR17-to-partner and partner-to-GPR17 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GPR17 versus FERMT2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GPR17→partner) and Y-score (partner→GPR17) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
