Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, GPR17 RNA is linked to patient survival in 26 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated GPR17 data layer compared with 6 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in mesothelioma (MESO), where higher GPR17 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated GPR17 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UVM and HNSC show a favorable association.

MESO, UVM, and HNSC are the cancer types where GPR17 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
