GPR148

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GPR148 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 13 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GPR148-associated genes across cancer lineages are p53, Notch1, and FASN. Each is linked with GPR148 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPR148-to-partner and partner-to-GPR148 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, p53 grouped by GPR148-low versus GPR148-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GPR148→partner) and Y-score (partner→GPR148) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
