GPR148

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GPR148 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 253 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GPR148-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are DNA synthesis involved in DNA repair, Regulation of arachidonate secretion, and Positive regulation of sodium ion transport. Each is linked with GPR148 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPR148-to-partner and partner-to-GPR148 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DNA synthesis involved in DNA repair grouped by GPR148-low versus GPR148-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GPR148→partner) and Y-score (partner→GPR148) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
