GPR148

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GPR148 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GPR148-associated genes across cancer lineages are SHCBP1L, FAM240A, and CER1. Each is linked with GPR148 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPR148-to-partner and partner-to-GPR148 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SHCBP1L grouped by GPR148-low versus GPR148-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GPR148→partner) and Y-score (partner→GPR148) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
