GPC5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GPC5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,892 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GPC5-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRAIP, CDCA2, and DDX49. Each is linked with GPC5 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPC5-to-partner and partner-to-GPC5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRAIP grouped by GPC5-low versus GPC5-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GPC5→partner) and Y-score (partner→GPC5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
