GPC3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GPC3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,857 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GPC3-associated genes across cancer lineages are PELI2, IK, and RFC4. Each is linked with GPC3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPC3-to-partner and partner-to-GPC3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GPC3 versus PELI2 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GPC3→partner) and Y-score (partner→GPC3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
