GPATCH2L

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GPATCH2L RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,573 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GPATCH2L-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PPP4R3A, SUPT16H, and IRF2BPL. Each is linked with GPATCH2L in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPATCH2L-to-partner and partner-to-GPATCH2L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GPATCH2L versus PPP4R3A in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GPATCH2L→partner) and Y-score (partner→GPATCH2L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
