GMNN

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GMNN protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,137 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GMNN-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDCA3, TTK, and CENPA. Each is linked with GMNN in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GMNN-to-partner and partner-to-GMNN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GMNN versus CDCA3 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.61.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GMNN→partner) and Y-score (partner→GMNN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
