GMEB1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GMEB1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14 significant associations in total. OVARY shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GMEB1-associated genes across cancer lineages are FCRL4, LINGO2, and TMEM95. Each is linked with GMEB1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GMEB1-to-partner and partner-to-GMEB1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FCRL4 grouped by GMEB1-low versus GMEB1-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GMEB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GMEB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
