GLOD5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GLOD5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 244 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GLOD5-associated genes across cancer lineages are SRSF1P1, H3P34, and RNU6-458P. Each is linked with GLOD5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GLOD5-to-partner and partner-to-GLOD5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SRSF1P1 grouped by GLOD5-low versus GLOD5-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GLOD5→partner) and Y-score (partner→GLOD5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
