GLI1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GLI1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,698 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GLI1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are OLFML1, SYNPO2, and TMEM119. Each is linked with GLI1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GLI1-to-partner and partner-to-GLI1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GLI1 versus OLFML1 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GLI1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GLI1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
