Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, GLI1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,245 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GLI1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCDC113, EEF2K, and CORO2B. Each is linked with GLI1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GLI1-to-partner and partner-to-GLI1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GLI1 versus CCDC113 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.51.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GLI1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GLI1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
