GLI1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GLI1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 481 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GLI1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRSS54, PSKH2, and VN1R2. Each is linked with GLI1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GLI1-to-partner and partner-to-GLI1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PRSS54 grouped by GLI1-low versus GLI1-high in BREAST.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GLI1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GLI1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
