Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, GH1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 629 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GH1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-1159P, RNU6-923P, and MIR7973-1. Each is linked with GH1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GH1-to-partner and partner-to-GH1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-1159P grouped by GH1-low versus GH1-high in HNSC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GH1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GH1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
