Q-omics provides the consensus-scored MIR548AG2 profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. MIR548AG2 expression is associated with patient survival in 7 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in COAD. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, MIR548AG2 is differentially expressed in 2, with the highest sampling consensus in KIRC. Additionally, MIR548AG2 RNA expression shows 7,648 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in COAD. Together, these results highlight COAD, and KIRC as cancer lineages where MIR548AG2 shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
