GDPD3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GDPD3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 778 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GDPD3-associated genes across cancer lineages are CYCSP49, EEF1E1-BLOC1S5, and RNU6-15P. Each is linked with GDPD3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GDPD3-to-partner and partner-to-GDPD3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CYCSP49 grouped by GDPD3-low versus GDPD3-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GDPD3→partner) and Y-score (partner→GDPD3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
