GATC

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GATC protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 288 significant associations in total. OV shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GATC-associated genes across cancer lineages are PFDN4, DNTTIP1, and CIAO3. Each is linked with GATC in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GATC-to-partner and partner-to-GATC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GATC versus PFDN4 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.98.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GATC→partner) and Y-score (partner→GATC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
