GATC

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GATC mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 32 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GATC-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-478P, FAM71BP1, and RNA5SP405. Each is linked with GATC in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GATC-to-partner and partner-to-GATC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-478P grouped by GATC-low versus GATC-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GATC→partner) and Y-score (partner→GATC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
