GAL3ST3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GAL3ST3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 145 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GAL3ST3-associated genes across cancer lineages are ACTRT1, GPR152, and F11. Each is linked with GAL3ST3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GAL3ST3-to-partner and partner-to-GAL3ST3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ACTRT1 grouped by GAL3ST3-low versus GAL3ST3-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GAL3ST3→partner) and Y-score (partner→GAL3ST3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
