GAGE10

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GAGE10 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 73 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GAGE10-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR11L1, MTCO1P17, and PIP5K1P2. Each is linked with GAGE10 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GAGE10-to-partner and partner-to-GAGE10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GAGE10→partner) and Y-score (partner→GAGE10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
