G0S2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, G0S2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,232 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible G0S2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC22A14, ASB17, and TAS2R1. Each is linked with G0S2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both G0S2-to-partner and partner-to-G0S2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, G0S2 versus SLC22A14 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.93.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (G0S2→partner) and Y-score (partner→G0S2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
