Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, G0S2 RNA is linked to patient survival in 27 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated G0S2 data layer compared with 1 for mutation status.
The strongest signal is observed in uveal melanoma (UVM), where higher G0S2 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated G0S2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as ACC and THCA show a favorable association.
UVM, ACC, and KIRP are the cancer types where G0S2 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
