G0S2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, G0S2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible G0S2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU1-34P, RNU6-80P, and RPL21P91. Each is linked with G0S2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both G0S2-to-partner and partner-to-G0S2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU1-34P grouped by G0S2-low versus G0S2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (G0S2→partner) and Y-score (partner→G0S2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
