Across TCGA patient cohorts, FZR1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,046 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FZR1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are THOP1, HDGFL2, and CHAF1A. Each is linked with FZR1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FZR1-to-partner and partner-to-FZR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FZR1 versus THOP1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.56.
