Across TCGA cell cohorts, FZR1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,961 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible FZR1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of anaphase-promoting complex-dependent catabolic process, Negative regulation of protein localization to chromatin, and Regulation of anaphase-promoting complex-dependent catabolic process. Each is linked with FZR1 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FZR1-to-partner and partner-to-FZR1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of anaphase-promoting complex-dependent catabolic process grouped by FZR1-low versus FZR1-high in LUNG_SCLC.
