FZR1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, FZR1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 60 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FZR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are LCE1B, ADH1A, and AGXT2. Each is linked with FZR1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FZR1-to-partner and partner-to-FZR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LCE1B grouped by FZR1-low versus FZR1-high in PANCREAS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FZR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→FZR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
