FKBP4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FKBP4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,071 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FKBP4-associated genes across cancer lineages are FTH1P26, NTF6G, and RN7SL248P. Each is linked with FKBP4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FKBP4-to-partner and partner-to-FKBP4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FTH1P26 grouped by FKBP4-low versus FKBP4-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FKBP4→partner) and Y-score (partner→FKBP4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
