Across TCGA patient cohorts, FGD5P1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,716 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FGD5P1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are LRP1, MSANTD2_S48, and UCHL1. Each is linked with FGD5P1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FGD5P1-to-partner and partner-to-FGD5P1 results are reported.
