Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, FGD5P1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 23 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated FGD5P1 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine carcinosarcoma (UCS), where higher FGD5P1 RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated FGD5P1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCS and UVM show a favorable association.
UCS, UVM, and MESO are the cancer types where FGD5P1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
