FCN3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FCN3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 167 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FCN3-associated genes across cancer lineages are BMS1P13, OR6C68, and SNORD116-23. Each is linked with FCN3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FCN3-to-partner and partner-to-FCN3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, BMS1P13 grouped by FCN3-low versus FCN3-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FCN3→partner) and Y-score (partner→FCN3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
