FBXL17

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FBXL17 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,270 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FBXL17-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-15P, FAM27B, and RPL36AP6. Each is linked with FBXL17 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FBXL17-to-partner and partner-to-FBXL17 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-15P grouped by FBXL17-low versus FBXL17-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FBXL17→partner) and Y-score (partner→FBXL17) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
