FBN2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FBN2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,687 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FBN2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PTMAP9, PBK, and MTHFD2. Each is linked with FBN2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FBN2-to-partner and partner-to-FBN2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PTMAP9 grouped by FBN2-low versus FBN2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FBN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→FBN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
